Superhero Name: Knight
Real Name:  Lee Ackler
Owned by: thatquirkychick
Height: 6’1
Age: 21
Powers: Being the spiritual reincarnation of a long dead, noble Knight from medieval times, Lee can call upon his Spiritual Ancestor to his side, letting his body transform into that of the fabled Knight. The transformation also brings forth the Knight’s powerful steed, Briar Rose. The two fight as one unit, the Knight slashing out with his morning star or bashing villains with his shield, Briar Rose with her hooves. However, the transformation does not last for long. Lee can only bring them out for 3 to 4 minutes; any longer than that and he risks losing himself to the Spirit and dying.
As the Knight, Lee is incredibly powerful, and when with Briar Rose, is very fast.
Weakness: The Knight’s strength does not last forever, and part of his lethalness is from being on top of Briar Rose. When dismounted, his strength decreases, but it is somewhat hard to do this. Even atop Briar Rose, the Knight is purely a close range fighter, although he can throw his shield with incredible accuracy. He dislikes doing this, as this move often kills and he is against killing. But the Knight does have an Achilles heel: he cannot harm innocents. If the villain holds an innocent hostage, the Knight cannot bring himself to harm the evil being. Also, the Knight is bound by a strict code of honor, and will not attack unarmed beings. Although by unarmed it doesn’t exactly mean a physical weapon. Those who use magic and the like, The Knight will attack, understanding that their abilities are weapons themselves. Outside of his Knight form, Lee has no special abilities, being an average human in many ways. He’s training to buff up so as not to be so weak, but when not the Knight, he’s as weak as any ordinary human, knowing only the basics of hand to hand fighting, just enough to keep him alive.
Bio: Lee Ackler was born in Queens, New York. His family was rather well off and connoisseurs of medieval art and literature. When he turned 16, thugs broke into his family home and murdered his parents while Lee was asleep. He woke up to find one of them breaking into his room, looking for more stuff to steal. He panicked and blacked out. When he came to, the thugs were unconscious, battered, bruised and bleeding. Horrified, he called the police and tried to find his parents. When he saw them dead, he began to despair, but he heard a voice in his head comfort him. Thinking he had gone crazy, Lee felt even more depressed. But the voice assured him he was not crazy, nor was he alone. The Knight would be his constant companion and would keep him safe. Shortly afterwards, the Knight persuaded him to run before the cops arrived. Listening to his newfound friend’s voice, Lee traveled around the states, never settling down in one place for long. During his travels, he encountered many criminals, and always the Knight would take over and punish them for their crimes, leaving them unconscious and waiting for the police to arrest them. People would speak of hearing eerie whinnies, and seeing a somewhat ghostly black mare, with an armor clad rider, as if they had jumped straight out of a medieval picture book, chasing down criminals and capturing them. Eventually, Lee’s travels took him to Tea Town, whose constant criminal activity meant he’d stay here longer. At least until The Knight feels he has brought Justice to the Town. As such, Lee is currently working odd jobs around Tea Town. Seeing as how his parents left him a decent inheritance, he doesn’t need to get a steady, demanding job and lives somewhat comfortably in an apartment.
Personality: Lee doesn’t talk much these days, but when he does, he sure says a mouthful. He makes every word count, and shies away from double meanings and lies. Like The Knight, he is stubborn, chivalrous, and longs to protect those who cannot protect themselves. He dislikes cowardice, still ashamed that he panicked on the day of his parent’s murder, and does his best to never show fear. Lee doesn’t really care what people think of him, but the opinion that does matter greatly to him is that of the Knight. Lee has been forced to live a lonely life these past five years, drifting from job to job and from town to town, but he really is a friendly guy, just a bit too serious for someone his age. The Knight and Lee are actually friends, and The Knight is probably Lee’s only true friend, even though The Knight doesn’t always act like a human and is sometimes more like a personification of Justice.
The Knight himself is somewhat aloof. He keeps to a strict code of honor, but his way of thinking and actions are not as outdated as one would expect. It seems that during his dormancy, The Knight has managed to keep tabs on human activity, learning about their progress and new ways of thought, adapting somewhat to this strange new world.
 Extras:
Is homosexual, but still in the closet. He is afraid of what The Knight would think of him if he knew, seeing as how the Knight comes from a time when homosexuality wasn’t exactly accepted, so to speak, and has shown tendencies to keep onto some old ways of thinking.
-       The Knight, when not active, is like a voice in Lee’s head. The Knight advises him through Lee’s life and keeps the young man safe. The Knight is not sure as to what brought him back to life, nor does he remember most of his time alive, but he is sure that his purpose is to bring Justice.
Physical description: At a steady 6’1, Lee is used to standing out in a crowd. He’s been working out and developing strong muscles so he won’t be totally defenseless when not as The Knight. He has short, naturally spiky honey-brown hair and green eyes.
As The Knight, he wears armor that is a combination of steel plating and chainmail. Chainmail covers his neck, arms, and calves with the steel plating covering his hands, legs, chest and head. The chest plating has a red Templar cross drawn on it. He carries a rectangular shield painted crimson and the shield is about as long as his torso. His mace, a Morning Star, is basically a regular two ball flail mace, it can easily break bones if applied with enough force. His horse, Briar Rose, is a beautiful black mare with a pale white teardrop mark on her forehead. When summoned, she too wears armor plating, although it’s not as effective so as to not hinder her mobility.
